and it will lead you through the process of completing the order

HOW
WE SHIP
Most
orders are shipped within 48 hours. If any item is not available
to be shipped within 3 days you will be notified at the time of
your phone order or by email if ordering online. Delivery time
varies from 3 to 10 days in the continental U.S. There will be no
shipping charge on backordered items if that item does not require
separate shipping due to size factors.
Most
small items such as books and small accessories are shipped US Priority
Mail. Instruments and large items are shipped insured UPS Ground.
We reserve the right to use the best route
when shipping your order.
Orders
to FPO/APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Priority
Mail.
If
you wish to have your order expedited by UPS Next Day, 2nd Day,
or 3 Day Delivery, please call to make arrangements or leave instructions
on the order form. Additional charges to cover the expedited delivery
will be added to order total as appropriate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING AND
SHIPPING
Before
using our online shopping cart, international orders must first
email us to receive a shipping cost amount. Once we have determined
the cost and method of shipping, we will email you for your approval.
If you approve of the cost and method of shipping, then you can
use the shopping cart to select your items and receive a subtotal.
The shipping cost emailed to you will be used in place of the amount
on the order form.
You
must pay all duties, taxes, and customs fees. We do not pay any
taxes,duties, or customs fees. We do report the total amount of
your order. Please know before you pay what is your country's tax
(sometimes known as G.S.T., VAT, or tariff tax.) Check with your
local customs or postal official before ordering to determine these
costs.
Due
to the high rate of credit card fraud associated with international
orders we reserve the right to refuse to process any order that
appears fraudulent.

RETURN
POLICY
If,
in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it within 10 days of receipt for refund of purchase
price. Shipping costs are not refundable. A restocking fee of 7
1/2% will be assessed. You must first notify
us to make return arrangements and receive an authorization number.
Any package returned without an approved authorization will be returned
to the sender and no refund allowed. Products must not
be altered in any way and must be in salable condition.
