Durable heavy duty nylon carrying case with 1/2 inch padding, inner lined, shoulder strap and zippered storage pouch can hold books, etc. Black only. This is a flat case meaning there is no depth inside so please take into account the depth of your dulcimer before deciding on a length. For example, If you have a 34" dulcimer but the depth including fretboard is 4" you will need the longer case.

Soft Dulcimer Case 2

Durable heavy duty nylon carrying case with 3/4 inch padding, plush lined, hand grip and backpacker straps, and zippered exterior storage pocket can hold books. This 39" long case is more accommodating for bigger dulcimers and fits dimensions up to 39" long, 9" wide. Dark brown with light brown trim.

Polystyrene Case

Has the protective qualities of a hardshell case but is lighter in weight. Molded cavity of high density polystyrene. Interior has plush lining. Exterior has heavy duty nylon covering and backpacker straps as well as handle grip. Large pocket on outside. Recessed area inside holds small items. Zippered closure. Removable foam blocks in head stock area for holding shorter dulcimers in place. Straight sides will handle teardrop or hourglass shapes. Inside dimensions for instrument are 37 1/2" long, 8" wide and 2 1/2" deep for body, and 4 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" deep for headstock area. 6 1/2 lbs.

Hard Shell Dulcimer Case

Hand laminated 3 ply wood shell with black Durahyde exterior, steel reinforced joints, 3 heavy duty brass (Providence Forge) latches with center one that can be locked. Comfort grip molded handle. Brass skids on bottom. Plush inner lining covers 1" foam padding. 2 sizes available.

(AMD-C5A) Fits up to 36" dulcimer, 3 1/2" deep, 7 1/2 to 8" wide at lower section. Block at top creates holding area for small accessories.

Double Dulcimer Case 1

Double dulcimer case holds 2 dulcimers comfortably. Zippered top loading. Thickly padded throughout. Padded partition separates the 2 dulcimers. Roomy storage pocket on outside. Backpacker straps/handle. Durable non skid feet on one long surface and one end. Black heavy duty nylon exterior, soft interior lined. Holds up to 39" dulcimers. Has stackable foam blocks for use with shorter dulcimers. Interior dimensions on each side of partiton are 39 inches length, 8 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches.

Double Dulcimer Case 2

This case has the same features as the single case above except that it is designed to hold two instruments. Each dulcimer has its own compartment accessed by zippered closure. Picture on left is the back view showing the backpacker straps. Also has handle grip. Outside pocket holds books, etc.

Display Stand This display stand adjusts to fit most dulcimers. The instrument supports slide up or down in a groove to fit the dulcimer. The maximum distance between instrument supports is 26 inches but this is the not the maximum dulcimer size that will fit in the stand. The head and tail sections of the dulcimer will extend beyond the instrument supports. Assembles in 5 minutes or less.

Cherry or Walnut model. Walnut is a dark brown wood (shown on right), cherry is a medium pinkish brown wood (shown on left). Finished in a satin lacquer. Approx 3 lbs.

Mountain Dulcimer Hammers

For the adventurous mountain dulcimer player comes a new idea for creating unique sounds. It is made in the same style as a hammered dulcimer hammer with leather pad on one side and wood on the other. Woods vary. Currently we have canary wood (goldish brown color), purple heart (dark purplish color), cherry (pinkish brown wood), maple (blond wood), and walnut (dark brown wood). The grips are made of a contrasting wood.
