HOW WE SHIP:
Most very small items (under $10.00) are sent First Class Mail. Orders totalling $10.00 to $20.00 are usually sent Priority Mail. Occasionally orders over $20.00 are sent Priority Mail. But ALL instruments and large items are sent UPS. UPS does not deliver to a PO Box so a street address is necessary. The only exception are APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and international deliveries. These orders are sent Priority Mail.

ABOUT DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES:
Our shopping cart calculates shipping charges based partially on the weight of your order. But it is not tied to UPS or USPS shipping zones so the charge shown is the maximum based on the zone farthest from our shipping location. We do reduce the shipping cost when we process your order if the actual cost is lower than that shown here. That is more often the case if the shipping charge seems excessive. If you have any questions about the actual shipping charge please call or email. Also, consider printing out this page before calling in your order toll free at 1-877-822-9111. For larger items shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, the shipping cost may be more than the amount shown. If that is the case, we will notify you before shipping your order.

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:
Email for a shipping amount before placing order. If you place an order before notifying us to obtain the actual shipping charge and carrier, we will notify you of the amount for your approval before processing your order. International customers must provide the credit card verification number to place an order. Orders are shipped Priority Mail International except to Canada. Some orders are sent UPS to Canadian customers. There is a size restriction for packages sent to some desinations. We will advise you if that occurs.
